Healthy Banana, Chocolate & Peanut Butter Ice cream

This is a no sugar added, healthy and vegan ice cream. Enjoy without the guilt!

Yield: 2-3 servings

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter

  1. Freeze bananas for about 3 hours. Add cocoa powder and peanut butter and blend or use food processor; you can enjoy right away or freeze more time until reaching desired consistency.
