Cranberry, Pretzel & Almond Chocolate Clusters


Ingredients:
  • 400 g milk chocolate chocolate
  • 3/4 cup pretzels, crushed in big chunks
  • 3/4 cup cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds

  1. In a big bowl, heat chocolate for 15 seconds and stir, heat for another 10 seconds and stir again. Repeat until chocolate is completely melted.
  2. Add pretzels, cranberries and almonds and mix until completely covered. Use a teaspoon to pour the mix over a baking sheet lined with wax paper
  3. Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chocolate is completely firm
