Healthy Raspberry-Almond Smoothie

Ingredients:
Yield: 2 Servings

  • 500 g low fat yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds
  • 4 tablespoons honey

  1. Blend together the yogurt, raspberries, almonds and honey. Enjoy!
