- 4 Salmon fillets
- 4 ciabatta breads, halved
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cucumber, seedless and chopped
- 4 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
- 60 g ruccola salad
- salt, pepper and garlic powder to season
- Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic. Over big sized, lightly oiled skillet, cook fillets on both sides, until done
- Grill breads until lightly brown and spread mustard over one half. Distribute ruccola and place Salmon fillets on top
- Mix yogurt, cucumber and basil. Season with salt an pepper and serve with sandwich

This looks amazingggg! Just pinned it hahaha, I usually do my tzatziki sauce with dill instead of basil though. I could literally eat that stuff all day!
