Healthy Salmon Chiabatta

Yield: 4 Servings

  • 4 Salmon fillets
  • 4 ciabatta breads, halved
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cucumber, seedless and chopped
  • 4 teaspoons mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • 60 g ruccola salad
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder to season

  1. Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic. Over big sized, lightly oiled skillet, cook fillets on both sides, until done
  2. Grill breads until lightly brown and spread mustard over one half. Distribute ruccola and place Salmon fillets on top
  3. Mix yogurt, cucumber and basil. Season with salt an pepper and serve with sandwich


  1. This looks amazingggg! Just pinned it hahaha, I usually do my tzatziki sauce with dill instead of basil though. I could literally eat that stuff all day!
