Creamy Chipotle Salsa

This is a recipe from my mother in law... it's really addictive!!! I eat it with sandwich, pita, tacos or even with chicken or fish

Ingredients:
Yield: 1 cup

  • 6 bacon strips
  • 1 onion slice, chopped
  • 200 g cream
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle (from a can)*
  • Salt

  1. Over a medium sized skillet, cook over medium-low heat bacon, until crispy
  2. Remove excessive oil from skillet and add onion; cook for 1 minute
  3. Liquefy bacon, onion, cream and chipotle until well combined. Season with salt to taste
*This could vary depending on how spicy you want it
