This is a recipe from my mother in law... it's really addictive!!! I eat it with sandwich, pita, tacos or even with chicken or fish
Ingredients:
Yield: 1 cup
Ingredients:
Yield: 1 cup
- 6 bacon strips
- 1 onion slice, chopped
- 200 g cream
- 1 teaspoon chipotle (from a can)*
- Salt
- Over a medium sized skillet, cook over medium-low heat bacon, until crispy
- Remove excessive oil from skillet and add onion; cook for 1 minute
- Liquefy bacon, onion, cream and chipotle until well combined. Season with salt to taste
*This could vary depending on how spicy you want it

It took me a while to appreciate the flavor of chipotle, but now I like it. The addition of bacon -- brilliant!
