Ingredients:

- 400 g chicken breasts, in strips
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup basil, chopped
- 200 g cream
- salt and pepper
- 4 pita breads, halved
- Creamy Chipotle Sauce
- Over a big sized, lightly oiled skillet, add chicken and cook in medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring constantly
- Add onions and cook for 2 more minutes, then add basil and cook until chicken is done, about 5 more minutes
- Add cream and cook in low heat until almost all liquid is gone. Season with salt and pepper
- Add chicken over pita and grill until slightly browned
