Ingredients:
Yield: 4 Hamburgers
Tuna hamburgers:
- 300 g canned tuna,
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons chives
- 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
- 3 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 4 hamburger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 tomato slices
- In a medium sized bowl, mix the tuna, egg, mustard, lemon juice, mayo, chives and dry parsley, until well combined.
- Add bread crumbs and salt and pepper to season and mix
- Divide mixture into 4 equal balls and mold into patties. Over a lightly oiled big sized skillet, cook patties in low heat until lightly brown
- Place tuna hamburgers over buns; add lettuce and tomato
Tartar Sauce:
- 3 tablespoons mayo
- 2 tablespoons pickles, chopped
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- pepper to season
- Mix all ingredients together and serve with Tuna Hamburguers
