Blue Cheese, Orange Jam and Chicken Chiabatta

Yield: 4 Servings

  • 350 g chicken
  • 4 teaspoons Orange jam
  • 60 g blue cheese
  • 4 ciabatta breads, halved
  • 60 g Ruccola salad
  • Salt, pepper and garlic powder

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Over a Big sized, lightly oiled skillet, cook chicken untill well done. Set aside
  2. Spread orange jam over one side of bread and place blue cheese on top. Add chicken and grill until slightly brown.
  3. Add Ruccola and serve immediately
