Tuna & Salmon Wraps

Yield: 4 wraps

  • 4 8-inch flour tortillas
  • 4 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 3 cans of tuna
  • 4 tablespoons mayo
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 2 cups chopped lettuce
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese over each tortilla. Place one slice of smoked salmon on top of each tortilla
  2. Over a medium sized bowl, mix tuna,  mayo and mustard and season with salt and pepper. Spread tuna mix everly over tortillas. Add lettuce on top of tuna mix
  3. Roll the tortilla, wrapping tightly and cut in the middle diagonally
