Sesame & Asparagus Chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

  • 500 g chicken breasts, cubed
  • 300 g Asparagus, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  1. Over a big sized, lightly oiled skillet, cook chicken in batches and set aside
  2. Trim the white end of the asparagus, and cut the rest in small pieces
  3. Add asparagus in skillet and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce and mix; let it set for 1 more minute and then add the chicken and the sesame seeds. Mix well and serve


  1. looks easy enough, don't think I have any sweet soy sauce, but since this is Toronto,it should not be too hard to find.
