Ingredients:
Yield: 4 Servings
Yield: 4 Servings
- 500 g chicken breasts, cubed
- 300 g Asparagus, cleaned
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Over a big sized, lightly oiled skillet, cook chicken in batches and set aside
- Trim the white end of the asparagus, and cut the rest in small pieces
- Add asparagus in skillet and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, until tender. Add soy sauce and sweet soy sauce and mix; let it set for 1 more minute and then add the chicken and the sesame seeds. Mix well and serve

looks easy enough, don't think I have any sweet soy sauce, but since this is Toronto,it should not be too hard to find.
