Low Fat Low Sugar Kiwi Yogurt Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (500 g) low fat no sugar natural yogurt
  • 4 cups Kiwi (around 10 kiwis)
  • 2 tablespoons no calorie sugar substitute
  • 4 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  1. Blend everything together and freeze for 5 hours. Blend again and freeze again until it reaches the desired consistency
