Low Fat Low Sugar Kiwi Yogurt Ice Cream
Ingredients:
- 2 cups (500 g) low fat no sugar natural yogurt
- 4 cups Kiwi (around 10 kiwis)
- 2 tablespoons no calorie sugar substitute
- 4 tablespoons corn syrup
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Blend everything together and freeze for 5 hours. Blend again and freeze again until it reaches the desired consistency
