Goat Cheese & dry Tomato Sandwich

Ingredients:
Yield: 4 Sandwiche

  • 4 pieces ciabata bread, halved
  • 2 teaspoons mustard
  • 80 g prosciutto
  • 100 g goat cheese
  • 40 g dried tomatoes
  • 50 g Rucola salad

  1. Spread bread with mustard and add prosciutto. Add goat cheese and dried tomatoes and grill until cheese melts
  2. Add Rucola and serve immediately
