Ingredients:
- 2 ripe bananas, cut in big chunks
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 50 g crushed toffee or chopped peanuts
- Freeze banana chunks for about an hour. Heat the peanut butter for 10 seconds in the microwave and mix; repeat this process until softened. Using a fork, cover banana chunks with the softened peanut butter and place them over a waxed paper. Freeze for 1 hour (they will still be soft)
- Heat chocolate in the microwave for 10 seconds and mix; repeat this process until softened. Cover the peanut butter banana chunks with chocolate and roll them over the chopped peanuts or toffee. Place over waxed paper and freeze for 2 hours. Enjoy!

ReplyDeleteHi! that´s no problem at all, you can make them one day before and keep them on the freezer (well covered) :)
