- 4 cans tuna, drained
- 1 small tomato, chopped
- 2 cups clean lettuce, chopped
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 red bell Peppers
- Mix the tuna, tomato, lettuce, lemon juice, mustard and mayo and season with salt and pepper
- Cut the red Peppers in half and remove seeds; you can choose to cut them vertically in the middle, or cutting off the top. Fill the peppers with the tuna salad and serve
