Parma ham wrapped Asparagus with lemon Vinaigrette

Ingredients:
Yield: 9 Asparagus

Asparagus:

  • 9 clean asparagus
  • 9 slices Parma ham

  1. Pre-heat a medium-large sized, lightly oiled skillet in low-medium heat
  2. Cut off the tough bottom of the asparagus. Place a slice of Parma ham over a cooking surface and roll asparagus diagonally, covering them
  3. Cook asparagus for 7-9 minutes, covered, turning constantly

Lemon Thyme Vinaigrette

  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry thyme

  1. Mix ingredients and drizzle asparagus. Serve immediately
