Ingredients:
Yield: 3-4 Servings
Fig & Goat Cheese Salad:
- 150 g baby spinach
- 200 g dry fig, in big chunks
- 3/4 cup candied almonds
- 100 g goat cheese, in big chunks
- Mix all the ingredients and set aside
