Feta Peaches

Yield: 4 Servings

  • 2 peaches, halved and without bone
  • 100 g feta cheese, in crumbs
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar

  1. Heat a medium sized, lightly oiled skillet on medium heat. Grill peaches cut side down for 3 minutes or until lightly brown
  2. Add cheese on top. In very low heat, grill peaches cheese side up, and cover with skillet lid, for 2-3 minutes
  3. Drizzle with vinegar and serve


  1. Looks fabulous and would probably be a perfect summer treat along with a nice salad! Super simple so I will have to keep this in mind!

  2. I would never think to put feta cheese & peaches together but that looks so good!

  3. I'm not too sure about this one....
    Although a traditional Greek summer treat is watermelon and feta cheese....
    I've never tried it myself though.

    I'd rather give the mushrooms and feta a go.
