This was an amazing dinner!!! I made my favorite Mexican Jalapeno Salsa recipe and and served it on top of the tacos. Enjoy!

- 500 g chicken, cubed
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry parsley
- 4 big flour tortillas
- 100 g shredded cheese
- 1 avocado, in cubes
- 2 small tomatoes, cubed
- 70 g lettuce, chopped
- Salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper to season
- Pre-heat oven to 300° F (150° C)
- Season chicken cubes with salt and cayenne pepper. Cook in batches over a slightly oiled medium sized skillet in medium-high heat. Set aside
- Over a slightly oiled big sized skillet, cook onions in low-medium heat, until slightly browned, about 10 minutes, moving constantly; season with salt and dry parsley. Add chicken to onion skillet and mix
- Add chicken mix evenly into the 4 tortillas, add shredded cheese on top and cook in the oven about 7 minutes or until cheese melts
- In the meantime, mix avocado and tomatoes and season with salt and black pepper
- Add avocado mix and lettuce to tacos and serve immediately

Hi Duni!! I buy them in big Supermarkets like Edeka or Rewe here in Germany; these are not taco shells, but big soft flour tortillas :)
