Light Caprese Tilapia

Yield: 3 fillets

  • 3 tilapia fillets
  • 125 g light mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 6 fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon  garlic powder

  1. Pre-heat oven to 215º F (100º C). Season fillets with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Place fillets over a baking pan and bake for 10 minutes
  2. After 10 minutes add over fillets cheese and tomato slices, and season with salt, bake for another 10 minutes. Add fresh basil leaves on top and serve immediately
