Feta Mushrooms

Ingredients:
Yield: 2 servings

  • 250 g mushrooms, sliced
  • 120 g Feta cheese, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon thyme

  1. Over a medium sized, lightly oiled skillet, cook mushrooms with salt, pepper and thyme for 3-4 minutes
  2. Add feta cheese and cook over low heat for 1 minute. Serve immediately
