Vegan Chocolate, Banana & Cinnamon Ice Cream

This is a vegan, sugar free, fat free ice cream. Easy to make and guilt free!

Ingredients:
Servings: 2 cups

  • 5 ripe bananas
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

  1. Remove banana peel from bananas and freeze, until completely frozen, about 3 hours. Add cocoa and cinnamon, and blend. If it hasn't reached the desired consistency, freeze for more time before serving

  3. This is our favorite kind of ice cream to make. The Hubs is lactose intolerant, and he's so happy we found an alternative he can eat.

  4. Wow, what a great idea! I can't eat bananas straight (it's a texture thing!), but I love banana flavored things. (I know, I'm weird!) And of course I love chocolate :)
    This is a quick treat to try anytime...love it!
