- 3 Pork cutlets
- 1/2 teaspoon white wine
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon grain mustard
- 1 teaspoon normal mustard
- 1/4 teaspooon thyme
- Preheat oven to 180° C (360° F). Season pork with salt and pepper; mix mustards, white wine and thyme and spread over pork cutlets. Cook for 20 minutes and serve

Wow! Now, I've heard of the 2 Milks Cake (Tres Leches - YUM), but 3 mustards pork? Now that's something to try!
