Rocky Road Brownies

There are two ways of making this recipe... You can either make your favorite brownie recipe, or if you are short on time like me, you can make it with a brownie mix, either way is absolutely delicious! I used Dr. Oetker brownie mix and I had 12 fudgy and chewy brownies

  • Brownie mix
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup nuts, in big chunks
  • liquid chocolate and caramel
  • 100 g chocolate

  1. Prepare your brownie mix as directed and fold in marshmallows. Add half of the mix to the pan and drizzle with liquid chocolate and caramel; add the other half of the mix and bake as directed. Let them cool down completely
  2. Cut brownies in squares; melt chocolate in microwave, in periods of 10 seconds, until completely melted. Add 1/2 teaspoon melted chocolate on top of the brownie square and add nuts on top of chocolate. Add the remaining melted chocolate in a small plastic bag and make a very small hole on one of the corners; drizzle brownies with  chocolate
TIP: Try cutting them with a plastic knife after they cool down for better results

  1. Made my mouth water just reading this one! But at 1030 pm don't think it's a good idea to set to and make it! By the morning, my diet programme will have kicked in and t'will be too late! However, thanks for the momentary enjoyment!
