Pesto, Dried Tomato & Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients:
Yield: 2 servings

  • 300 g penne pasta
  • 1/2 cup dried tomatoes, soaked in water for about 20 minutes and chopped
  • 80 g shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tablespoons Pesto

  1. Cook pasta as directed, drain and place in the same skillet again. Add pesto, tomatoes and Parmesan cheese and mix carefully. Serve immediately
