Low Fat Low Sugar Yogurt Raspberry Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups low fat no sugar natural yogurt
  • 4 cups frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons no calorie sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons raspberry jam

  1. Blend everything together and freeze for 5 hours. Blend again and freeze again until it reaches the desired consistency
