Ginger & Honey Tilapia

Yield: 2 servings

  • 2 tilapia fillets
  • 1 teaspoon shredded ginger
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 teapsoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  1. Preheat oven to 180° C (360ยบ F), season fish with salt and pepper and place over an oven proof skillet
  2. Mix together ginger, honey, rice vinegar and olive oil and pour over fillets
  3. Cook for 17 minutes and serve immediately
