Double Chocolate Pancakes:
Yield: 8 Pancakes
Raspberry Honey Sauce
Yield: 8 Pancakes
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons cocoa
- 1 1/3 cups milk
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- In a big bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa. Add milk, egg and butter and beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips
- Over a medium sized, lightly oiled skillet, add 1/4 cup for each pancake and cook in medium heat; when small bubbles appear over the pancake, flip it to the other side. Serve hot
Raspberry Honey Sauce
- 4 tablespoons raspberry jelly
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Mix raspberry and honey and serve with pancakes
