Orange Glazed Salmon

Ingredients:
Yield: 2 servings


  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 orange
  • dry garlic


  1. Preheat oven to 360° F (180° C)
  2. Season salmon fillets with salt, pepper and dry garlic. Cut 2 slices of orange from the middle of the fruit (the largest part of the orange) and set aside. Squeeze remaining fruit juice into both the fillets, then place the slices you previously cut on top of each fillet
  3. Cook fillets in the oven covered, for 15 minutes and serve
