Mustard & Sour Cream Potatoes

Ingredients:
Yield: 2 servings

  • 3 boiled potatoes, cut in squares
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons mustard

  1. Pre-heat the skillet with the olive oil in medium heat. Add potatoes and season with salt and pepper; cook for 5 minutes and turn the heat off
  2. In a small bowl, mix the sour cream, mustard and basil. Add the mix to the potatoes and mix carefully until fully covered. Add extra salt if needed.
