Energyzing Bagel

This is a very filling and healthy breakfast. You can use the food processor to blend everything together, or if you like to feel the bits, you can just chop and mix like I did.

Ingredients:
Yields: 1 cup

  • 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
  • 1/2 cup golden raisins, chopped
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 270 g light cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest

  1. Mix the almonds, raisins, honey, cream cheese and orange zest together. Enjoy over a bagel or bread
