Chocolate Covered Apples

This is a very simple and delicious recipe and the clue is a good quality chocolate: the better the quality of the chocolate, the better the taste, specially when it has so few ingredients

Yield: about 12 slices
  • 200 g semi-sweet good quality chocolate
  • 50 g white chocolate
  • 2 apples, sliced

  1. In a bowl, heat semi-sweet chocolate for 15 seconds and stir, heat for another 10 seconds and stir again. Repeat until chocolate is completely melted
  2. With a fork, dip the apple slices until completely covered, and place them carefully over a baking sheet lined with wax paper. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes on the fridge.
  3. Melt the white chocolate the same way you did in step 1 and decorate your apple slices

  1. I agree - it has to be quality chocolate! I would love to have one of those slices now!!

  2. Those are just way too pretty to eat!

  3. What a fun idea! The heart design would be great for Valentine's Day!

  4. These look delicious! Very creative!

  5. I will try it but I think my decoration won't be so chic as yours!
