Avocado Mexican Sincronizadas

Yield: 2 servings

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 150 g shredded cheese
  • 1 tomato, cubed
  • 1 avocado, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped

  1. Pre-heat oven to 150° C (300° F)
  2. Place over two tortillas 2 slices of ham and half of the cheese for each; top them with another 2 tortillas. Bake them in the oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted
  3. Add half the tomato and half the avocado to each between the tortillas. Mix the sour cream with the fresh parsley and pepper. Serve with the Sincronizadas
