Soy & Honey Salmon


Ingredients:
Yields: 2 serves

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. Pre heat oven to 425° F (220° C). Season fillets with salt and pepper and place in an oven-proof skillet
  2. Mix oil, soy sauce and honey. Pour 1/3 of mix over fillets. Cook in the oven for 15-17 minutes. Add remaining sauce and serve
