Yields: 4 servings
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 cup schreded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano
- Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook on a slightly oiled skillet in medium heat until done and set aside.
- On the same skillet, add cream, wine, cheese, oregano and season with salt and pepper. Cook in medium-low heat for 4 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over chicken and serve.
