Chicken with Parmesan Sauce


Ingredients:
Yields: 4 servings

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons white wine
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup schreded Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry oregano

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. Cook on a slightly oiled skillet in medium heat until done and set aside.
  2. On the same skillet, add cream, wine, cheese, oregano and season with salt and pepper. Cook in medium-low heat for 4 minutes or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly. Pour over chicken and serve.

  4. My italian boyfriend has just seen the picture and told: "mmmmmmm...I want that!!!!"
    I think I will have to cook it asap....maybe tomorrow!
