Prosciutto Pork Medallions


Ingredients:
Adapted from Martha Stewart
Yields: 2 serves

  • 2 pork medallions
  • 2 prosciutto slices
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry basil
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Seson pork with salt and pepper and 1/4 teaspoon basil to each medallion. Wrap with prosciutto
  2. In a slightly oiled skillet, cook in medium heat, about 2 minutes each side. Serve inmediately
